Present Petition is filed by the Petitioner for issuance of direction to the Respondents to take a decision on the Proposal dated 15/03/2013, submitted by the Petitioner Society for grant of permission to start Classes of 5th to 7th standard in Pranag High School, Ajangaon, Tah. Mouda, District Nagpur.

Considering the limited relief claimed by the Petitioner, there is no necessity to issue notices to the other Respondents. The learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. A. V. Palshikar is waiving notice for Respondent Nos.1 to 3.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition is allowed. 5.
The Respondent Nos.1 to 3 is hereby directed to take a decision on the Proposal dated 15/03/2013, submitted by the Petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the receipt of the order.

The Petitioner to supply the copy of this order to the concerned Authority and appear before the Authority on 29/09/2025. No separate notice is required to the Petitioner.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
