DATED : 17-01 -202 The respondent - original claimant is seeking permission to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited by the appellants in this Court. Learned counsels are ad-idem that the dispute has been settled in Lok-Adalat and that the amount be allowed to withdraw by the applicant in terms of settlement arrived at by and between the parties. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the amount in terms of award passed in Lok Adalat has been deposited and accordingly permission has been sought.

In view of the above and for the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed as prayed for.
