DATE : 06-12-2024 The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, makes a statement that there is no material found in the investigation as against the present applicant, therefore, charge-sheet has not been filed against him, but has been filed against the other accused. The present application is, therefore, dismissed in view of the aforesaid statement.

Since Mr. A.R. Wagh, learned Counsel for the applicant, undertakes to deposit costs of Rs.10,000/- by 09-12-2024, in view of which the Criminal Application (APPP No.2149/2024 stands disposed of.
