Learned Advocate for the applicant has pointed out three typographical errors in the judgment, and by this application it is prayed that the same be corrected. It is submitted that in paragraph No.4 on page No.2 of the judgment in the last but one line it is stated that "..it was learnt by the non-applicant No.2 that the said Arpan Murarka is not owner of the said plot...", but it should be "..it was learnt by the non-applicant No.3 that the said Arpan Murarka is not owner of the said plot..."

It is further submitted that in paragraph 8(ii) instead of "Charge-sheet No.1 of 2018" it should be "Chargesheet No.1 of 2019" and instead of "accused No.2-Pooja Ashok Agrawal", it should be "accused No.2-Pooja Rakesh Agrawal".

2 appp1655.19 The learned A.P.P. has not controverted the above submission made on behalf of the applicant. Hence, it is directed that the correction, as stated above, be carried out in the judgment and copy of the judgment be given to the applicant without any charges.
