After going through the record it reveals that the amount of 2,00,00,000/- is deposited by the accused while granting him anticipatory bail. This application is filed by one Vijay Govindrao Yavatkar seeking permission to withdraw the amount. There is no order passed by this Court to the effect that he is entitled to receive the said amount. In view of that the application is not maintainable.
