DATED : NOVEMBER 04, 2019 At the outset Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of filing of the chargesheet before the Court below he wishes to withdraw the present application with liberty to file application for bail afresh before the trial Court.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The applicant is permitted to file application for bail before the trial Court afresh in view of the changed circumstance i.e. filing of the charge-sheet before the Court below. The learned Judge of the Court below shall decide the said application on its own merits in accordance with law.

It is made clear that this Court has not heard case of the present applicant on its own merits. JUDGE srwagh
