Notice on Civil Application (C.A.O.) No.1671/2016 filed by the applicant/appellant praying that delay in filing appeal be condoned, is ordered. The notice is made returnable on 10th January, 2017. The office note shows that the respondents are not served. The appellant seeks permission to deposit the amount as per the impugned award. If the appellant is permitted to deposit the amount, it will not cause any prejudice to the respondents/claimants. Hence the appellant is permitted to deposit the amount within two weeks. If the amount is deposited within two weeks, the execution proceedings shall stand stayed. The civil application is allowed in the above terms. No costs. JUDGE Tambaskar.
