It is submitted that, the applicant's son has suffered from fractured and therefore, he wants to visit his son twice in a month, therefore, the condition No.(iv) vide order dated 11/07/2022 is sought to be relaxed.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the condition No.(iv) vide order dated 11/07/2022 is modified and the applicant is permitted to visit his son twice in a month.

Criminal application is disposed of.
