By this Writ Petition, the petitioner has sought a direction against the respondents to provisionally appoint the petitioner on the post of Forest Guard, subject to the decision in the matter of verification of the caste claim of the petitioner. We are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition as the petitioner had filed Writ Petition No.5020/2015 seeking a direction against the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Forest Guard and also a direction against the Scrutiny Committee, to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a time-frame. We had partly allowed the Writ Petition and had directed the Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within four months. A statement of the learned Assistant Government Pleader that one post of Forest Guard would be kept vacant till the caste claim of the petitioner is decided, was also recorded and accepted.

06.12.wp.6418.16 The petitioner cannot file a second Writ Petition seeking a similar direction against the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Forest Guard, when appropriate orders are passed in Writ petition No.5020/2015, in which a similar direction was sought against the respondents. The Writ Petition is disposed of, with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE sahare
