MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO.21706 OF 2014 Prayer is to restore the writ petition as its registration was refused for non removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the application, the order refusing registration is revoked. However, the applicant to pay costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee within a period of four weeks from today. Similarly, objections, if any, to be removed within a period of four weeks. If aforesaid directions are not complied, earlier order refusing registration shall revive. Misc. Civil application is disposed of.
