DATED : 24-10-2016 It is submitted that the respondent Nos.2 and 3/ daughters of victim are married.

Considering the grounds raised by the appellant/ Insurance Company in memorandum of appeal, the facts of the case and the reasons given by the respondent No.1-widow of victim in paragraph No.6 of the application, the respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw Rs.2,00,000/- from the amount deposited by the appellant/Insurance Company.

The balance amount be kept in fixed deposit in a nationalised bank, until further orders.

The civil application is disposed in the above terms.
