Prayer is to revoke the order refusing registration as office objections were not removed.
The order refusing registration is revoked subject to the petitioner paying costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee within a period of three weeks from today. Similarly, objections if any, shall be removed within a period of three weeks from today.
If aforesaid directions are not complied with, the earlier order refusing registration shall revive. MC.A. is allowed and disposed of.
