This is an application filed by the appellants for condonation of delay for filing the restoration application in second appeal. Heard. Perused the application. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned, subject to costs of Rs.500/- to be deposited with the High Court Bar Association Library, Nagpur within two weeks from today. Civil Application stands disposed of.

M.C.A. ST. NO.21094/2018 This is an application filed by the appellants for restoration of second appeal and to quash and set aside the dismissal order dated 19.04.2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Heard. Perused the application. It is noticed that since office objections were not removed by the appellants, the Second Appeal is dismissed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, vide order dated 19.04.2018. Learned advocate submits that he would remove the office objections within a period of two weeks from today. Hence, the order. The M.C.A. is allowed. The order dated 19.04.2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is hereby quashed and set aside. The Second Appeal St. No.3430/2018 is restored to the file. M.C.A. stands disposed of.
