This application is filed by the parties to this second appeal for recording compromise entered into between them.

Learned senior counsel Shri C.S. Kaptan assisted by Advocate Shri H.S. Chauhan appears for the appellants and learned counsel Shri V.D. Muley appears for the respondents.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that all the parties are personally present before this Court and they are identified by their respective counsel.

The parties present in the Court agree to the terms of settlement recorded in the compromise. In respect of Item No.(i) in paragraph No.6 of the application, it is clarified that the total amount of three demand drafts is of Rs.15.00 Lacs which had already been paid.

In view of above, civil application is allowed. The second appeal is disposed of in terms of settlement contained in the application.
