Heard learned counsel for rival parties.

The petitioners are retired Graduate Teachers, Assistant Teachers and Nurse employed with respondent nos.2 and 4. The petitioners are seeking benefit of release of arrears of tribal incentive allowance and additional house rent allowance, as per Government Resolution dated 06.08.2002. The respondent nos.2 and 4 - Zilla Parishad and District Health Officer never disputed the entitlement but would submit that they would process the proposal and would release the grants as and when grants would be received from the State Government.

In view of the aforesaid statement, we direct the respondent nos.2 and 4 - Zilla Parishad and District Health Officer to forward the proposal for release of grants for

5 wp7058.23.odt clearing the arrears of tribal incentive allowance and additional house rent allowance of eligible petitioners and further follow-up action shall be taken within three months thereafter.

In view of above, writ petition stands disposed. No costs.
