Since it appears that on the date on which the petitioner was required to remain present, there was no coordination between the petitioner and the concerned officer, with the consent of the respondent No.3, the petitioner would remain present before the respondent No.3 to give his say in the matter of his absorption on 19/12/2016. The Education Officer may pass appropriate orders in the case of the absorption of the petitioner. Till the respondent No.3 takes a decision, the interim orders would continue.
