DATED : 20/01/2020 By this writ petition, the petitioners have challenged order of remand passed by District Judge-14 Nagpur.

The learned counsel for the petitioners informs this Court that the remand order has worked out in the sense that change report itself has been disposed of by the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Nagpur. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of.

Needless to say the petitioners are at liberty to avail such remedies as may be available to them in accordance with law.
