Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
By this application, applicant - respondent No. 1 sought direction to the Registrar, Railway Claims Tribunal, Nagpur, for release of amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs. Two lakh) and deposit of the same in her new name.
It is contended on behalf of the appellant - Union of India that the applicant has remarried and, therefore, she is not entitled to said amount. However, the learned counsel for the appellant could not point out any provision as to how the present applicant is not entitled to the said amount only on

In this view of the matter, I am inclined to allow the present application and it is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (i). Civil Application stands disposed of.
