Present application is filed on behalf of the petitioners to implead the name of Praful s/o Raybhan Bansod, R/o. Tivasa, Tq. Tivasa, District Amravati as petitioner No.6 in the present writ petition.

The contention is that the present petition challenges the defective provisions of the impugned Government Resolution dated 18/06/2024 issued by respondent No.1 and the said provision will directly and substantially affects the newly added petitioner also and hence there was a common and joint cause of action with the existing petition.

For the reasons stated above, the civil application is allowed.

The petitioners are permitted to carry out the amendment as proposed in paragraph Nos.3 and 4 of the application, within a period of one week from today and copy of the amended petition be supplied to the respondents. WRIT PETITION NO.4911 OF 2025 This Court vide order dated 04/09/2025 in paragraph No.6 have granted stay to the effect and operation to the execution of the list of proposed transfer of teachers dated 09/07/2025, issued by respondent No.2 - Zilla Parishad, to the extent of the petitioners only, at that relevant point of time. 2.

The aforesaid interim protection is granted to the newly added petitioner No.6 also.
