The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.293 of 2022, registered with Police Station: Lonar, District: Buldhana, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120-A, 120-B, 191, 192, 193, 415, 425, 426, 464 and 468 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the present crime, the allegations are that the accused have supplied sub-standard material namely the street lights and thereby, cheated. The First Information Report was lodged on the direction of the learned Magistrate under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

After going through the case diary and the material collected by the Investigating Officer (IO), it appears that the record and all other things which are connected in this crime have already seized and recovered. 5.

Considering the allegations, I am of the opinion that custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. Accordingly, I pass the following order : a) The criminal application is allowed.

b) It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.293 of 2022, registered with Police Station: Lonar, District: Buldhana, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120-A, 120-B, 191, 192, 193, 415, 425, 426, 464 and 468 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

c) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when her presence is required. d) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

The criminal application is disposed of accordingly.
