Learned counsels for the applicant(s) submitted that interim relief granted in favour of the applicant(s) be continued for two weeks for taking further necessary actions.
Mr I.J.Damle, learned APP objecting the same. By passing the order on 21/11/2022, this Court
application (ABA) No. 808/2022, considering the case5. After perusal of the matter, this Court comes to the conclusion that there is prima-facie material against the present applicant(s) and the application is rejected. However, considering the fact that the applicant(s) were initially protected by this Court and they have to decide the further action. No prejudice will be caused to the otherside by protecting the present applicant(s) for two weeks'.

Hence, the interim order protecting the present applicant(s) continue for two weeks.

Within these two weeks', the applicant(s) shall take necessary recourse of action and there would not be the further extension.
CRIMINAL APPLICATION (ABA) NO. 29/2023 By passing an order on 17/01/2023, this Court application (ABA) No. 29/2023, considering the case-
Considering that the applicant is a bank employee and there is no apprehension that she will fled away or hamper the investigation. The interim protection granted is extended for two weeks'. Within these two weeks, the applicant has to take the necessary recourse. She is not entitled for further extension after two weeks'.
CRIMINAL APPLICATION (ABA) NO. 07/2023 By passing an order on 05/01/2023, this Court has protected the present applicants in the criminal application (ABA) No. 07/2023, considering the caseConsidering that the applicant is a bank employee and there is no apprehension that she will fled away or hamper the investigation. The interim protection granted is extended for two weeks'. Within these two weeks', the applicant has to take necessary recourse. She is not entitled for further extension after two weeks'.
