Necessary corrections in the address of respondent No.4 be carried out within one week, thereupon, the office is directed to issue fresh notice to the respondent No.4, returnable on 13/04/2023.

The appellant is permitted to serve respondent No.4 by private mode in addition to regular mode of service and to file affidavit of service by the next date, failure to which the appeal shall stand dismissed against the respondent No.4.

In the above referred backdrop, prayer is made for substitute service to respondent No.1. 3.
Considering the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The appellant is permitted to make the service of notice by affixing the copy of notice on the office of Headmaster of Navprabhat High School, Amgaon Dighori and also on the notice board of the said school and to file an affidavit of service by the next date, failure to which the appeal shall stand dismissed against respondent No.1.
