Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and for nonapplicant No.1. None for non-applicant No.2 to 5 though served. This application is filed for condonation of 251 days delay caused in preferring appeal against the impugned award dated 18.10.2014 passed in M.A.C.P. Case No.379/2010 by M.A.C.T. Amaravati. For the grounds mentioned in para Nos. 3 and 4 of the application, same is liable to be allowed as it is found that there is no intentional delay in filing appeal. The same is therefore allowed. C.A. is disposed of.
