The applicant/appellant has filed this application to condone the delay of 29 days caused in filing the appeal. 3.

Despite service of notice on respondent Nos. 1 to 4, none appears on their behalf. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that respondent No. 5 is owner cum driver of the vehicle, who has appeared before the learned Tribunal but not filed his reply. 4.

Considering the factual position and reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed as prayed. Appeal be registered accordingly.
