This is an application for condonation of delay of 552 days caused for filing the application for restoration of the appeal dismissed for non removal of office objections. 2.
Learned advocate for the applicants submits that he will remove the office objections within two weeks. 3.
Considering the reasons stated in the application, it would be proper to allow the application in the interest of justice as the delay is not deliberately caused. The application is therefore allowed in the interest of justice. The delay is condoned.

Learned advocate for the applicants submits that the applicants are ready to deposit entire court fees and remove the office objections within two weeks. The application therefore deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. It is clarified that if the office objections are not removed within two weeks, the appeal shall be deemed to be dismissed for non removal of office objections without further order of the court. 5.
