This is an application for condonation of delay of 552 days caused for filing the revision application, which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections. Perused the application.

Heard the learned advocate for both the sides. 3.
Learned advocate for the applicant submits that he will remove the office objections within three weeks. 4.
Considering his submission, the application deserves to be allowed as the delay is not deliberately caused. The application is allowed, subject to condition that the applicant shall deposit the court fees and remove all office objections, if any, within three weeks and if those office objections are not removed within stipulated time, the application shall be deemed to be rejected without further order.
