By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction against the respondent to protect the services of the petitioner, in view of the judgment of the Full Bench.

Ms. Prabhu, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent-Scrutiny Committee states that since the petitioner is only seeking the protection of services and is working in Mantralaya, it would be necessary for the petitioner to file the petition at the principal seat. It is stated that the Nagpur Bench would not have the jurisdiction to entertain the writ petition.

We uphold the objection raised on behalf of the respondent and decline to entertain the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs. The ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 21.10.2016 to continue for six weeks. The points raised in the writ petition are kept open. JUDGE JUDGE Gulande, PA
