The applicant is seeking ad-interim bail in connection with Crime No. 588/2022 registered with Police Station Manora, District Washim for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 273, 328 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 59 of the Food Safety and Standards Act,2006.

In this case, the applicant is in jail from 04/11/2022. The contraband has already been seized by the Police Authorities. Furthermore, there are no criminal antecedents to the discredit of the applicant. In the circumstances, as there is no possibility of being absconded and not available for trial, I am of the opinion that the applicant is entitled for grant of ad-interim bail. Accordingly, I pass the following order:

a) The criminal application is allowed.

c) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when his presence is required. The criminal application is disposed of accordingly.
