Perused the application. There is delay of 32 days in filing the second appeal. Learned counsel for the non-applicant has objected for condonation of delay.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicant and after going through the contents of the application, I am of the view that delay could be condoned, in the interest of justice.
