CORAM
: B.P. DHARMADHIKARI & KUM. INDIRA K. JAIN, JJ.
DATED : DECEMBER 2, 2016.
Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.
Respective learned counsel appearing for the private parties state that the dispute is amicably settled between the parties and the affidavits are accordingly filed before this Court by all of them .....2/-
separately.
The parties present before this Court are identified by their respective learned counsel. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has pointed out the involvement of Sections 143 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code in the matters. It appears that alleged assembly was within the premises of an Aashram School receiving grant-inaid from the State Government. Non-applicant No.2Gajanan Umate is employee of that School. The applicants claim that they had gone their to cover news items about mis-management and mal-administration of Aashram School.
In view of separate affidavits placed on record, as we find that no public angle is involved, we make the Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (A) of both the criminal applications.
The criminal applications are accordingly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
