CORAM : Z.A. HAQ & S.M. MODAK, JJ.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent in all these matters submit that the directions given by this Court, breach of which is complained in these petitions, have been complied with. 2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners in all these petitions, on instructions, states that as the grievance of the petitioners does not survive, they are not interested in prosecuting

2 cp 289.19 the Contempt Petitions.

3.

Though the conduct of the respondent in all these petitions is deprecated, specially as she has not even filed affidavit explaining the delay in complying with the directions, we see no reason to keep all these Contempt Petitions pending. 4.

Notices issued to the respondent in these Contempt Petitions are dropped and the Contempt Petitions are disposed. No costs.
