Although opposed by the non-applicant, having regard to the submissions advanced, delay is condoned subject to the costs of Rs.1,000/- to be paid by the appellant to the Vidarbha Lady Lawyers Association, Nagpur. The civil application is allowed in aforesaid terms and disposed of.
