In connected First Appeal No. 1202 of 2016 an order is passed permitting the appellant to serve the respondent No.1-Keyur Ajay Hardas by publishing notice in newspaper.

As the parties in both the appeal are same, while publishing the notice of First Appeal No.1202 of 2016 the details of pendency of First Appeal No. 1203 of 2016 should also be mentioned in that notice.

In view of the above, the orders on this civil application, in terms of the prayer, are not required. The civil application is disposed accordingly. No costs.
