Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice on behalf of the respondent No.1/State. With the assistance of learned counsel for the applicants and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, we have gone through the First Information Report filed against Gajanan Ambadas Bambal and these two applicants. FIR makes specific allegations against the applicants. Prima-facie, it constitutes the offences alleged against these applicants with the aid of Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Obviously, such allegations would require thorough investigation and, therefore, by entertaining such an application, we do not want the
