The learned Counsel for the applicants seeks leave of the Court to delete first sub-paragraph of paragraph 8 of the application.

Leave is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

This application has been strongly opposed by the learned A.P.P. for the State.

However, considering the fact that special leave petition has already been filed before the Apex Court, by way of last chance, interim protection granted on 02/09/2016 is extended by further two weeks.

The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
