This is an application for condonation of delay in filing application for restoration of the writ petition of which registration was refused for non removal of office objections. Petitioner appears in person and submits that the delay occurred since the petitioner was not aware about the steps to be immediately taken. He submits that most of the objections were removed and is now ready to remove the other objections. 3.
On perusal of the contents of the application and the submissions advanced, the delay of 275 days appears to be unintentional. Delay is condoned. Application is allowed.
M.C.A. Stamp No.20516/2025 This is an application for restoration of writ petition. Writ petition was dismissed for non removal of office objections by order dated 18-11-2024. The applicant submits that the applicant wants to contest the petition on merits and prays for restoration of the writ petition. 2.
Having regard to the contents of the application, order dated 18-11-2024 passed by the Registrar (J) is quashed and set aside. Application is allowed.
