In the title cause, the name of Police Station be corrected from "Pinjar Police Station" to "City Kotwali Police Station,, Akola". The applicant is also at liberty to carry out said correction in the cause title of the application.

Similarly, in the second line of Clause [ii] of para 10 of the order, the words "Pinjar Police Station" be substituted with the words "City Kotwali Police Station, Akola."

Let the corrected order be issued with an appropriate footnote.
