This is an application by respondent No.1(A) for withdrawal of amount lying in this Court.

The appeal is partly allowed by judgment and order dated 17.1.2020.

The application is filed along with amount of calculation sheet.

Learned counsel for the appellant has also filed calculation sheet.

As per the calculation sheet filed by the appellant, before this Court the appellant deposited Rs.16,52,340/- on 7.4.2017 and Rs.7,25,875/- on 12.5.2017 and before learned Civil Judge Senior Division at Yavatmal Rs.3,51,018/- on 5.11.2020. Thus, the appellant deposited total amount Rs.27,29,233/-.

As per order of this Court dated 17.1.2020, the said respondent is entitled to received Rs.18,77,035/-. Out of the said amount, the said respondent has received Rs.3,51,018/-. The appellant has deposited excess amount Rs.8,52,198/- which is to be refunded to the appellant. The said respondent is .....2/-
