DATED : APRIL 11, 2016 Adv. Gandhi appearing for petitioner is seeking time to place on record subsequent events. According to Adv. Mohgaonkar for respondents, petition is rendered infructuous as petitioner has already joined after transfer on a post at Pune and he was transferred as per request made by him.

Adv. Gandhi submits that request for transfer to Pune was made way back in 2014 when petitioner was working at Shahada in Nandurbar District.

In this situation, we find that presently petitioner is working at Pune. Therefore, instead of
