The appeal has been dismissed against respondent no.4 as no steps were taken to serve that respondent. Said order was passed on 21.08.2018. However, immediately thereafter this civil application has been filed.

Considering the fact that the applicant seeks permission to serve the respondent no.4 by way of substituted service, the order dated 21.08.2018 is recalled. The appeal is restored against respondent no.4. The respondent no.4 is permitted to be served by having the notice published in daily 'Dainik Bhaskar', Nagpur Edition.

Notice is made returnable on 20.02.2019.
