The appellant - wife is allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty thousand only) which is deposited by the respondent - husband towards maintenance with the Registry of this Court on 23.09.2019.

The respondent - husband is further directed to deposit the amount of Rs.10,000/- per month as maintenance and also clear the arrears as per order dated 21.08.2019.

Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
