Shri Narwade, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3, states that the issue involved in this case was also involved in Writ Petition No.6099 of 2015 (Yogesh S/o Ramdas Raut v. The Project Officer, Integrated Tribal Development Project, Pandharkawada and others) and this Court has, by an order dated 21/12/2015, disposed of the writ petition by refusing to interfere with the order of transfer. The learned counsel seeks a similar order in this case also.
Shri B. G. Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the petitioner, does not dispute that a similar issue was decided on 21/12/2015 in Writ Petition No.6099 of 2015 and this Court has upheld the order of transfer.
For the reasons recorded in the order, dated 21/12/2015 in Writ Petition No.6099 of 2015, we dispose of this writ petition as we are not inclined to interfere with the order of transfer. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE KHUNTE
