DATE : 02.12.2015 The writ petition is disposed of with the consent of the learned Counsel for the parties on the following terms.

(1) The respondent nos.1 and 2 have opened the seal on the lock of the premises in occupation of the petitioner and hence, the order of sealing the premises, as is challenged in this writ petition, stands withdrawn.

(2) The respondent nos.1 and 2 will take appropriate action against the petitioner and the respondent no.3, in accordance with the provisions of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act and the Rules framed thereunder.

(3) The inter se dispute between the petitioner and the respondent no.3 in regard to the payment of the Corporation taxes is kept open.

(4) There would be no order as to costs.
