The matter is amicably settled, as a result of which, the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal. 3.

As such, the settlement is accepted. The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. Pending application(s), is any, stand(s) disposed of. 4.

Court Fee(s), if any, be refunded to the appellant(s) as per the Rules. 5.

The appellant is entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (One Lakh Only) without interest and claimants are entitled for remaining amount of compensation along with interest, as per the Terms of Compromise entered into between the parties (Exh.'X'). Exhibit 'X' shall be part and parcel of the Award.
