CORAM : B. P. DHARMADHIKARI & MRS. SWAPNA JOSHI, JJ.

2.

The consideration is circumscribed by order dated 12.07.2017 in Contempt Petition No.57/2017. Respondents have pointed out that accordingly representation has been decided.

3.

In so far as the earlier order passed in Public Interest Litigation on 15.10.2015 is concerned, respondent also submits that the construction of a toilet block has been sanctioned on 21.04.2017.

Order 0812cp228.17 4.

In this situation, we find that correctness of the adjudication by respondents cannot form subject matter of present proceedings.

5.

With liberty to petitioner to take appropriate steps in the matter as per law, we dispose of the Contempt Petition. No costs.
