Mr. Mirza, learned A.P.P. for the State submits that investigation in this case is at such a stage that the present application should not be entertained. We find from the submissions made by Mr. Mirza, learned A.P.P. and paragraph 5 of the affidavit-inreply that the Forensic Science Laboratory at Chandigarh has been approached for the scientific investigation and report.

That being so, for the present, we are not inclined to entertain the present application. Criminal Application No. 706/2014 is, therefore, disposed of.
