02] The applicants seek correction in the order dated 29/09/2023 as well as in the prayer clause (i) of the Criminal Application No.857/2023.
03] According to the learned Counsel for the applicants, in paragraph 6 of the order dated 29/09/2023, accused Arjun Rajput is shown as absconding, infact he has been released on bail. Likewise, inadvertently in prayer clause (i) of the bail application, Crime No.569/2023 was wrongly typed as Crime No.569/2022 and subsequently the same appeared in the order.
04] Perusal of the bail order dated 23/08/2023 passed the Additional Sessions Judge, which is filed on record, goes to show that Arjun Shankarsingh Rajput has been released on bail. 05] In the light of above, in paragraph 6 of the order dated 29/09/2023, the word "absconding" be substituted with words
1.appp.1616.23 2/2 "released on bail". Likewise, Crime No.569/2022 be corrected as Crime No.569/2023 appearing in prayer clause (i) of Criminal Application [BA] No.857/2023 and consequently in paragraph (1) and clause (ii) of the operative part of the order dated 29/09/2023. 06] Corrections be carried out forthwith.
