The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks for withdrawal by stating that the domestic dispute has been settled by way of successful mediation initiated at the instance of this Court.

It is informed that in pursuance of the settlement, the respondent-wife has withdrawn the Domestic Violence proceedings and thus, nothing is survived.

In view of above, the petition stands disposed of since withdrawn.
