Learned counsel for the applicants submits that by order dated 7.12.2017, earlier application being Criminal Application No. 990/2017 was partly allowed, thereby allowing permission to file private paperbook only, pending relief of grant of early hearing, it was further ordered that the appeal be listed after filing of private paper-book, which is stated to be filed. In that view of the matter, we find that the Criminal Application No.990/2017 is partly allowed. In spite of that, the said Application is not forming part of the record. Office to verify.

It is noted that pending said Application, applicants have taken out this application being Criminal Application

No.906/2018 for early hearing of the Appeal. After verification by Office about Criminal Application No.990/2017 as above, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that he would not press present Cri. Application No.960/2018.

Stand over after two weeks.
