DATED : 24-07-2023 The only prayer in the petition is that respondent 2-Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik be directed to verify/retotal the practical examination marks of the petitioner as per application dated 09-9-2019.

Mr. Abhijit Deshpande states that the marks have already been verified and retotaled in 2019 itself.

Inasmuch as there is no further prayer in the petition, the petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of.

Mr. S.G. Karmarkar states that while the Internship Completion Certification is issued by the college, the original certificates are retained. 6.

The learned Counsel for the management/ college states that the originals shall be returned to the petitioner along with the degree certificate. 7.

We direct the management to do the needful within the two weeks.
